Brett Zamore, AIA

Brett Zamore, AIA, is a founding principal of Zamore Architects / Brett Zamore Design) which was established in 2007. He is a licensed architect in the State of Texas and LEED®AP. Brett holds a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University in New Haven, CT and a Master of Architecture from Rice University School of Architecture in Houston, TX. Brett’s previous experience was with Michael Maltzan Architecture in Los Angeles, CA and Carlos Jimenez Studio in Houston, TX where he worked primarily on Institutional and residential. Brett loves travel, skiing, music, good food and friends and spending time with his wife, 3 boys and Pups.

Tzu-Yu Chen

Tzu-Yu Chen, RA, joined ZA/bZD in 2010 and is a licensed architect in the State of Texas. She received her Bachelor of Architecture from Tamkang University, Taipei, Taiwan and her Master of Architecture from Rice University in Houston, TX. During her time at Rice, Tzu-Yu spent 6 months in Paris, France. Her travels cover Northern Asia, Western Europe and North America. Her native language is Mandarin and she is fluent in English and has comprehension in French. Outside of the office, she has a love for painting, crafting, playing piano and bass.

Gina Rodriguez

Gina joined ZA/bZD in November 2021. She received her Bachelor of Architecture from Rice University in Houston, TX. During her time at Rice, Gina spent a semester in Paris and interned in New York City. Before returning to her hometown of Houston, Gina enjoyed living and working in NYC for several years, practicing in the retail industry. She has worked independently on residential and renovation projects and is also fluent in Spanish. Outside the office, she loves finding new places to eat and going to the park with her pups.
